We love Mangum! The teachers and Mangum community are the best. Love that most all teachers at Mangum have been there for over 10 years.
Mangum is an incredible place to be. Our community feels like family, our students astound me with their kindness, motivation, and ability to push through challenges, and our staff are dedicated to supporting the whole child. We continually celebrate our students’ success, whether it’s a Thumbs Up Card for going above and beyond or an Emoger Award for using a coping strategy to deal with tough feelings. A day doesn’t go by that we are not intentionally highlighting our students’ strengths and helping them feel like they can achieve their goals!
Mangum is unique because of our community, administrative support, a positive working and learning environment, equitable instruction and teacher who LOVE children! Mangum truly has a family feel and all are welcome!

I love that Mangum is a community elementary school with so much family participation. I love that so many of the teachers are also from the community or also went to Mangum. I love that they treat each child an individual and not just another number.
Mangum is full of positive and encouraging teachers and administrators! My kids love going to school and look forward to learning each day. They are excited to apply all they learn at school and at home.
