Wow. Where to begin! If I was to boil it down, the community. From the educators to the staff to the students to the families, those who are part of Powe deeply care about each individual student.
E. K. Powe is a place to grow” is its tagline, and it certainly lives up to that. My kids have grown into confident, curious, and independent learners during their years at Powe. But it’s also a place to smile the teachers are warm and inspiring, people show up to help and celebrate one another, and everyone delights in how fortunate we are to have this school community.
EK Powe is truly a family and the community feel is everything. It’s a great school to work at – we have incredibly supportive admin, dedicated families and creative and unique students who love learning. We strive to recognize the gifts in all children and help them succeed.
The staff at E. K. Powe make all the difference. I’ve always felt that my child is known, supported, and cared for there. She has relationships with people in every area of the building and feels like a part of a true community.
